We use Australia post standard and express shipping options for all apparel.

We are happy to offer a store credit or exchange on purchases for a change of mind, however strictly NO refunds on items unless visibly faulty - please get in touch with us at hello@skysurfboardsbyronbay.com.

Exchange postage is to be paid by the customer. 

All exchange items must be returned unworn with tags attached within 14 days of order being received. When returning parcels, they must be sent with tracking and  number forwarded to hello@skysurfboardsbyronbay.com.

We will accept returns on surfboards under the following conditions:

• The incorrect board has been shipped
• If the board is faulty

A credit or exchange will be offered ONLY under the following conditions:

• The board is "as new" 
• Once the boards has waxed, gripped or taken into the water we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges .. the board is your to keep.
• All exchanges are subject to a product inspection.
